RETURN POLICY

We hope that all the products you buy from NTRE will give you complete satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, you can return any merchandise that has not been worn, and with the original labels and tags, within 7 business days from the date you received your package.

You’ll need to have your order number in hand which you can find either on your delivery receipt, on the invoice you received by email when you made your purchase, or in the My Account section on www.ntreworld.com.

WARRANTY

NTRE guarantees all jewelry within 3 months of the date it was purchased (proof of purchase required) if the defect is a result of the production and/or manufacturing process. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty so the item will be evaluated by our quality control experts.

If you wish to take advantage of the 3-month warranty in the case of breakage, there are two ways to proceed with the return of your defective product:

1 – Pass by our store to have the defective product replaced.

2 – Contact Customer Service by email at services@ntreworld.com or at +1(312)286-0780 to order a Return Label. The Return Label will be sent to you by email. Just print it and apply it to the package. Then drop by any US post office to send your package, free of charge. Once we receive your package at our warehouse, the price of the product will be fully refunded along with applicable taxes. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Following this, we will send you the new product in exchange, charge you for the product without extra shipping charges.
